Self-like Parts

Well-intentioned protectors that imitate Self’s tone but still run an agenda.

Description

These Parts sound calm, spiritual, or logical, yet subtly manage experience (“I’m fine,” “Let’s stay positive”). Detect them by their tension, urgency, or judgment toward other Parts. Spotting them gently restores genuine Self presence.

What Self-like Parts is NOT:

Deception; enlightenment; your real Self.

Examples:

A “wise” voice lectures scared Parts instead of listening.
Meditation Part insists on serenity at all costs.
You notice effort, soften, and real Self returns.
