Enough Self-energy in the room that protectors unclench and real work becomes possible.

Description

This is a threshold phenomenon: once protectors trust Self is present and competent, the system shifts from resistance to collaboration. You don’t need 100%; you need “enough to proceed safely.”

What Critical mass of self energy is NOT:

Perfect calm; absence of protectors; guru glow.

Examples:

When a critic agrees to observe while you meet an exile.
You pause often enough that a firefighter stops hijacking.
The session feels spacious even while tears happen.
