Self-Leadership
Self leads; parts advise; decisions honor everyone without letting any one part run the show.
Description
Governance beats civil war. Self listens to protectors’ data and exiles’ needs, then acts from clarity. Over time, parts prefer this to coups.
What Self-Leadership is NOT:
Autocracy; people-pleasing; bypassing protector concerns.
Examples:
Scheduling rest because a tired manager asks for it.
Saying no warmly while a fawner steps back.
Choosing discomfort now to serve long-term values.
