Integration

The ongoing reorganization after parts change jobs and burdens drop.

Description

After Unburdening, new habits and micro-behaviors must catch up. Integration means living from Self while updating the external world (relationships, schedules, identity) to match the inner update.

What Integration is NOT:

“Now you’re fixed”; permanent bliss; the therapist’s job alone.

Examples:

Checking in with ex-firefighters after stressful weeks.
Re-negotiating workload when perfectionism eases.
Sleeping more because safety finally permits it.
