Trailheads

Everyday cues that point to a part: follow the thread inward.

Description

A sensation, impulse, phrase, or pattern is a trailhead. Instead of fixing the surface, you track it to the part beneath, then relate from Self.

What Trailheads is NOT:

Symptom checklisting; external trigger hunting; content over process.

Examples:

Tight jaw before a certain meeting.
Urge to ghost after a warm text.
Compulsion to re-check locks at night.
