Description
Mindfulness and Self-energy overlap: both mean noticing experience with curiosity instead of judgment. In IFS terms, it’s micro-unblending on demand: seeing sensations, thoughts, and Parts arise without fusing.
What Mindfulness is NOT:
Forcing calm; spiritual anesthesia; turning feelings into data points.
Examples:
Noticing the critic’s voice as sound, not law.
Tracking breath until the panic curve breaks.
Labeling “a scared part is here” instead of “I’m weak.”
